We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside UAE will be added to your order total and paid at checkout.

LOST PARCELS

If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Emirates post/DHL/Fedex according to your shipment criteria.
